What do I pay?

Do I need to buy any equipment?
You will need to purchase a gateway device for a one-time cost of $49.99. The gateway can be returned within 60 days if you are not happy your home internet plan. The gateway cannot be unlocked for use on other networks.

5G Home Internet is delivered via 5G cellular network and speeds vary due to factors affecting cellular networks. When the network is really busy Home Internet users may experience slower speeds than other customers due to prioritization. Saida saved Metro from losing me as a very long time customer. After a couple of visits and calls and getting no where, Saida stepped in and went above and beyond to solve my complicated problem. Today was the first time in years I had to step inside a store to do something so I appreciate Metro making everything so user friendly. My phone was having issues that seemed to be either needing to erase and reset my phone or buy a new SIM card...and if those didn't work, then have to buy a whole new phone. I had the pleasure and luck of finding someone who was truly helpful in resolving my issue to the best of his ability and it's hard finding good customer service like that anymore. I just want to thank Jose for all of your assistance, you truly saved me big time today! I hope the owner/management recognizes that you are a great face and worker to the company and go above and beyond what I thought the interaction was going to be.
