Very nice and very helpful, got us in and out, Jay was very professional and helped us even get internet for our home

ABSOLUTELY UNBELIEVABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE IN THE MOST FANTASTIC WAY I CAN EVER HAVE GOTTEN FROM A PHONE COMPANY!!! me and my mother have been to other location specifically in Glendale and have had the most frustrating experience on those MetroPCS stores. We came over here to this store for my mother’s line and Alicia was absolutely helpful with my mother very informative, patient and kind which led me to coming back to service my line. When I came to the store though Alicia, unfortunately wasn’t here however, Jay took care of me to the absolute best that any other employee from a phone company has ever done so. He was also very polite. Patient informative with me as well. I was already extremely satisfied with how quick we were able to connect my phone coming from a different carrier than my experience with other MetroPCS stores specifically in Glendale area, that I was already going to leave a very satisfy review. Because time is money and waiting any time in, especially this kind of weather makes it even more annoying than it has to be. But to top it off after being so quick and so kind Jay also added on a promo to my line without me even asking it, which helped me save even more money. I couldn’t be more thankful and grateful and I couldn’t recommend this specific story to anyone else more than I can right now again I want to say thank you to Jay and Alicia for taking care of me and my family so if you were seeing as you guys definitely deserve a big big raise. I hope the store owner and the business continues to take care of you guys.

So I went two other stores before I came to this one and like they say 3rd time is a charm Jay the customer service rep was amazing he went above and beyond to help resolve my issue he made my day kuz the other 2 stores there employees wouldn't not help and lie to me saying they couldn't not do anything. Thank u Jay I very much appreciate him if it wasn't for him all of my important stuff would have been lost and so hard to recover Jay did the upmost to help me if I was still a metro pcs customer I would definitely go back to his store the best!!!!!

Jay really hooked me and my 80 year old dad with a phone that worked for him. I will definitely go back for Jay’s help. Thank you Jay!
