Rose made me a customer for life. She worked out deals that weren’t even public. She was helpful the entire time, and allowed me to make a mistake rather than argue. I was able to get the phone working after leaving, but I wouldn’t have had any service without rose. Much more engaged than any other Metro associate I’ve dealt with. She was personable, kept the store orderly, and treated her colleagues and clients with dignity and respect. She saw what I was looking for and helped me get it, without me even knowing what I wanted. She’s a regular Steve Jobs and if they aren’t offering her stock options then shame on them. View on Google
