I came to this store about a month ago and the store manager provided the best customer service! I felt hopeless after visiting the location on Figueroa/avenue 43 - they told me they couldn’t help me with my phone’s SIM card and would have to purchase a whole new phone. This was NOT the case and I was so glad I walked into this store. The store manager was willing to help me and from now on I plan to visit this store despite the other location being much closer. The other employee in the store was helping a customer as well and I could see the great service that is provided by everyone at this store. Nice work! View on Google

Exceptional service provided by John at the Fig store. Honestly, I had been to several stores to resolve my issue and no one helped me until I came here and John took interest and solved the issue in less than 10 minutes. And in addition he informed me of additional services I could have considering my plan. This is my new store. Thank you John. View on Google
