Yes I had a problem with my phone that made it impossible to use so I went into the store on Alvarado & talked to a lovely employee Paulina she was simply AWESOME. It turns out my phone had a virus & she needed to hook my phone up to a computer to clean it. Anyway I'm a senior citizen on a very fixed income so I really didn't need any extra expenses Paulina went the extra mile & fixed my phone I hope this doesn't get her in any problems but if you ask me this is a employee worth keeping she knows how to deal with customers & she made my day. Hey Metro PCS this employee deserves a raise if you ask me bc she went & did something I don't think many places or employees care as much as she does now I'm just a regular customer but to be treated like I was special earns my approval so Thank You Paulina your AWESOME & I give you a 5* or a 10* Thank You so very much & I hope you get a raise because you did a great job for me👍 View on Google
