The customer service from Necii & Lavaneka was absolutely Amazing. I was transferring my service to another, but they were so calm and patient that I almost changed my mind. If I ever would recommend a store it would be this one as long as they are there. View on Google

I just wanted to commend the store rep Lavaneka for her great customer service. I had major phone issues & she was so diligent with me. Very sweet & pleasant young lady. Today's experience has been exceptionally satisfying with Ms. Lavaneka. I came in with phone problems and she went above and beyond to restore my cell phone issues while helping other customers at the same time. I walked into this store and I was in need of help and your representative Lavaneka was so professional and helpful even though it was multiple customers in the store at the time. No only did she provide me with all the services I need she also accommodated the other customers. She was very patient kind and professional at the same time, she's so amazing at multitasking.
