This review is related to employee interaction only. Store could use improvement and is understaffed. However, Dia/Diya handled her business and although the wait was 2+ hours, she was excellent. Store closed at 7 and employee nor myself got out of there until after 8. Highly salute metro pcs for their ability to staff marvelous employees, but cooperate needs to do some work on themselves. Additional charges were made to me that I was informed were "covered." Not worried about it all that much though. Whatever you are paying Dia/Diya, it is not enough.
