Lavaneka was very helpful. She was patient with me while I reset my pin for a new phone. Numerous customers came in and she greeted them and asked if they would kindly wait patiently. While I was on the phone with customer service she split her time between myself and the other customer while smiling and being very helpful. She is what true perfect customer service present. I'm so glad I came to this location. I went to several different Metro stores & no one wanted to fix my phone. Everybody was trying to make a sale but Lavanika went out her way to help me and save me some money. Lavanika has great customer service. I'll be back to this store to upgrade my phone later.
