This Metro by T-Mobile location has become my go to store when I need help. There is usually a bit of a wait but thats to be expected when the service is good because surely others also have experienced it and use them. And that little wait time is only a short bit and worth it. On my latest visit I was in need of a new phone to replace my broken one. In only a few minutes the kind lady had me pointed in the the right direction. No quibble, no bs, just straight shooting and I was out the door a happy customer. Didn't feel as if I had been hurried into anything. Felt completely at ease with my transaction and that is valuable to me. I drive past more than one of their stores, a 25 min drive, to use this location and will continue to do so. And I'll add that the location nearest my home is the worst, really terrible service. The times I try them again, I leave feeling as if someone was doing all they could to get in my pocket if you know what I mean.
