Darcey gets a 1000/10 she listened to my problem and found a solution within no time. I just spent 50 min in metro on Williams in Kenner for the so called associate to tell me my husband pin wrong she was rude from the beginning on her personal phone trying to take two customers while assisting me and she couldn’t even focus on my problem . Than had the nerve to tell me we wouldn’t be going through this if my husband wouldn’t have left his phone . Disrespectful is what she was please don’t spend your money at that metro. Ms Darcey took less than 5 seconds to enter the pin and was in . Who ever was working metro pcs at 12:30 on Williams in Kenner needs to be fired immediately

I've been to three other Metro locations in the New Orleans area and this store is head and shoulders above the rest. It also surpasses the T-Mobile location on Vets.
Dorothy and Genesis were extremely friendly, professional, and helpful throughout the entire process of purchasing a new phone and clearly explained all of my options.

During the past years I've been in several locations and reps are either rude, not knowing what they're doing or just rushing you out of the stores not helping as they should.
