You will need to purchase a gateway device for a one-time cost of $49.99. The gateway can be returned within 60 days if you are not happy your home internet plan. The gateway cannot be unlocked for use on other networks.

5G Home Internet is delivered via 5G cellular network and speeds vary due to factors affecting cellular networks. My mom broke her phone. I needed an inexpensive replacement. I went to two other locations that had no reasonable options and didn't care if we had one. Then I found this location. We were greeted by Jacob with no wait time. I explained what we needed and he took us right to an affordable phone. He helped set it up as I had to piece the old together to get it working.
