My name is Kenyata and I give this place a 100 out of ten! The service was top notch. Very professional and very organized. I went and upgraded my IPHONE. I felt bad because it was right before close.My Salesperson was Yvonne. Yvonne was so patient and helpful, and never gave me the vibe that I she was bothered by staying after hours. She maintained a smile and calmness. I was tired and in a bad mood because my phone was stolen. She showed me how that I qualified for an upgrade. She was also very empathetic about my stolen phone. She really authentically made me feel like a valued customer. I'll always remember her kindness and her superior customer service. We came in this past Friday and worked with Anna who helped us get a new phone and an awesome karaoke speaker for an amazing price. She was super knowledgeable, kind, personable and just overall great at her job. We really enjoyed talking with her and she made the experience really a fun time.
