Do I need to buy any equipment?
You will need to purchase a gateway device for a one-time cost of $49.99. The gateway can be returned within 60 days if you are not happy your home internet plan. The gateway cannot be unlocked for use on other networks.

5G Home Internet is delivered via 5G cellular network and speeds vary due to factors affecting cellular networks. My account was messed up because of the customer service representative who I called online and couldn't find anyone to help me until I came to the Metro by T-mobile store on Lake and Bloomington. They were able to help me retrieve my old number and reorganize and correct my account. They are the best and I'm coming back to this location anytime I need help with my cell. View on Google
