    I had amazing customer service experience and interaction with both Mr Jay and Mr Ady in December 2025 and January 21,2026 myself and other customers was greeted with a wam smile and asked how can help you even though they were with other customers. They were flexiable managing and working hard to help everyone. This issue I had with my phone in December was very complicated and Mr Jay worked hard to figure out what was the issue and assisted other customers at the same time. I went back this week January 21,2026 and I have the same amazing experience with Mr Ady polite patient and helpfull they both are ,I needed help with my new phone. I also, observed team work with both Mr Jay and Mr Ady. While I was there on different occasions the customers seemed very satisfied as myself.
