    I hate myself for not remembering the employee's name but he was very helpful with getting my lost phone replaced... I've been using Metro PCS for about 20 years (first 5-7 years using different phone numbers and the rest is with my current number)... Anyways, his knowledge and his resources got the job done!!     Good news everyone now the management is now changed no one old metro anymore they changed the management now now it's a new manager and I just went there and amazing manager his name is Alex M he's the best I love this new management now it's now a new manager the old metro managers all left and the old staff left too it's a whole different metro now I love it I'm so excited and happy now and the new management changed on last week I just found out by the new manager now last week it's all good now I had compliants too but not anymore I'm so happy and excited now yay!!!!!
