    The lady who work today 9/11/2025 went over above and beyond her job today. She was extremely good at this job knowledgeable and professional and worked hard helping me it took a long time because my old phone company locked my phone so it wouldn't accept a new sim card and when I had to call my old phone company at Metro the lady was awful and mean to me so glad I'm not with them anymore metro is awesome and customer service is very important and it was the best I ever got from a phone company and I've been around a long time as I'm almost 70 years old!!!!!! This lady needs treats or water bottles or something extra from this company she works for she's very special sweetheart I appreciate her so much !!!! Thank you precious lady!!!! View on Google
