What do I pay?

Do I need to buy any equipment?
You will need to purchase a gateway device for a one-time cost of $49.99. The gateway can be returned within 60 days if you are not happy your home internet plan. The gateway cannot be unlocked for use on other networks.

What should I know about the network?
5G Home Internet is delivered via 5G cellular network and speeds vary due to factors affecting cellular networks. When the network is really busy Home Internet users may experience slower speeds than other customers due to prioritization. So I called 611 to remove a tablet line off my account! The representative managed to lower my bill and keep the tablet on the account as well! She listened to me!(big deal to me)well when I went to do the survey I pushed the wrong button and it hung up so it looked like I rated her as a 1. Decided to call back to talk with a supervisor to give the agent kudos! Bad idea he did not listen to me and put me on hold for way too long, then he really didn’t want to hear what I had to say about that agent, cut me off, said good bye and the call was over! So much for trying to do good for someone else! I’ll still go out of my way to make sure kudos is given where it is deserved! But I won’t let them irritate me for doing so!!! View on Google
