The photo that is shown is of my phone carrier Metro PCS in New Bedford Mass 02740 located at 240 Union ST Cor of South 6th Street and Union ST New Bedford. They open up daily 10:00 AM and close I believe at 7:00 PM.. I usually go to either that store or the other location which is at 209 Coggeshall St in New Bedford Mass also, time is the same thing as the first location. Both stores are extremely clean, I don't think they have a bathroom available to the public use because it is behind the counter and that area is for employees only due to stock in the back even though they are set up with cameras which are concealed. Should you need to use the bathroom directly across the street is a DUNKIN DONUTS and the bathroom is open to the bathroom, Going back to Metro PCS I have always been treated with respect and helpful courteous employees, they moto for Metro PCS is " We got your back covered" any problems they keep going until they get it corrected and if they can't get it taken care of over the phone they will tell you to come by the store and any time I was told to come by the store the most I think I was in there was about 15 minutes and at least 7 minutes of that was talking about the problem and then they bring your account up on the computer and after a couple of minutes they try the phone to make sure the problem is corrected and 99% of the time it is. If not they usually ask if you can leave it for about an hour and they will call you at your alternative number or friend or neighbors or just call them to see if your phone is ready and I never had to go any further than that. I would strongly recommend this company, pretty soon you won't be able to find any Metro PCS stores because they are going to fully join T-MOBILE who will take over your payments and repairs and purchase of new equipment. I have tried one of the other phone carriers and I didn't survive the first month 2 weeks in my phone was not working and it wasn't working still when payment time came and I called and the manager who I had talked with and purchased the new phone from was not in so I asked the employee working to leave her a message to call me and she said she would do that well it is going on 2 weeks without a call back,MY SERVICE IS BEEN TERMINATED, Store was clean though . The second store was not a METRO PCS store. View on Google
