    Came here to express how great of an employee Minnie is. My Mom and I came in to transfer eSIM cards for multiple phones, and she was so extremely patient, despite various technical difficulties with multiple customers. She was BEYOND helpful. I genuinely am still in shock with what she was able to do to make sure all my data was successfully transferred from my old phone to new phone. No exaggeration, she saved me weeks of storage configuration work. Whatever she’s getting paid it’s not enough for all the work she’s doing!!! I watched as she went above and beyond at the very end of her shift, no less! Thank you for helping us, Minnie! P.S. Metro, please fix the WiFi here so things can run more smoothly for everyone.
