    Exceptional Customer Service from Jay at Metro by T Mobile I rarely write reviews but my recent experience with Jay was worth every minute. From the moment I reached out Jay showed genuine care and professionalism. He listened carefully, asked the right questions, and made me feel heard not like just another customer. Even when I was frustrated Jay remained calm and courteous, explaining things clearly and walking me through every step of the solution. What impressed me most was Jay’s follow through. He did not just promise to fix my issue, he made sure every loose end was tied up. He even checked back to ensure everything was working right and I really appreciated that extra mile.
