On Sunday February 22nd, 2026 I went to the metro in Harlem and this young lady name Kishe helped me she gave great customer service. I explained to her that I was there to pay my mom’s phone bill due to the fact that my mother currently has dementia and I’m taking care of her bills.She answered me what was my moms phone number and I told her and she said unfortunately when was the last time I paid her phone bill and I told her that I came by before and somebody else told that I didn’t have to pay for January because the next payment was in February so I said okay and left. So unfortunately my mom lost her phone number due to non payment which I didn’t understand when I came in January. I explained to her that I went to the metro on 3rd Ave 149th street and they were no help because of the fact that I didn’t know my moms pin and I explained to her that the guy was telling me to call my mother and I explained to the man that she got dementia and she wouldn’t know…. So I left the store on 3rd Ave… she said that she was sorry that I experienced that… so long story short she was able to get me a new phone for my mother and was able to give me a deal for it made an account under my name being that I’m taking care of my moms bills including her phone. I had a great experience at this Metro by T-Mobile store! The staff were friendly, patient, and really helpful. They explained my options clearly and made sure I got the best device for my needs.
