Originally my intention to visit Metro was to replace my cell phone with a newer model. But while there Murtuza introduced a couple of options that would solve some other issues with technology. He was patient and professional as we discussed the options. It was such a a relief to have several problems solved! And having a good sense of humor makes a HUGE difference!
