    came into Metro by T-Mobile just to pay my bill, but Sam took the time to let me know about some great promotions I qualified for. He explained everything clearly, helped me switch to T-Mobile, and got me free phones through the available offers. He made the whole process easy, transferred all my information, and made sure everything was set up before I left. Great customer service and a great experience overall. View on Google

    I stopped by Metro by T-Mobile because my phone was having some virus issues. Sam helped me out and made the whole process very easy. He took the time to remove the virus and make sure my phone was working properly again. While helping me, he also showed me some upgrade options. I wasn’t planning on getting a new phone, but Sam explained everything clearly, including both the advantages and disadvantages, without any pressure. He also found me a good discount, which I really appreciated. Once I decided to upgrade, he transferred all my data and made sure everything was set up before I left. He even offered me water and a chair while I waited, which made the experience much more comfortable. Sam is always helpful whenever I come into the store. He’s knowledgeable, patient, and treated me respect. This was one of the best experiences I’ve had at a phone store, and I highly recommend sam at this metro location View on Google
