Do I need to buy any equipment?
You will need to purchase a gateway device for a one-time cost of $49.99. The gateway can be returned within 60 days if you are not happy your home internet plan. The gateway cannot be unlocked for use on other networks.

5G Home Internet is delivered via 5G cellular network and speeds vary due to factors affecting cellular networks. Candy at the Pike Metro store was so wonderful. Before I went to the store I was so frustrated and depressed, because I couldn't get into my old phone to get my photos. I tried everything and still could not get in it. When I went to the store I talk to Candy and told her what was going on, she said she would try to help, but she wasn't sure if she could do it. She did it she got into my phone and I got my photos back. She's a miracle worker to me!🥳 I can't thank her enough!😁 I have been with Metro for a very long time and I always go to the same store.
