One of the reasons I am recommending this location and giving it such a high rating is because of the young man who works there. He is incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, patient, and helpful. Many times he is working by himself while helping multiple customers at once, yet he never makes anyone feel rushed. Long story short, I purchased my cell phone from a third-party representative. I had only owned it for two months when the back glass broke, the motherboard failed, and the charging port stopped working. I took it to uBreakiFix, where they diagnosed the phone. It would continuously power on and off without fully starting. While my phone was being diagnosed at uBreakiFix, I stopped into this location and spoke with a female representative. She told me that before reactivating my iPhone 14 so I had a phone to use in the meantime, I needed to file my insurance claim with Asurion first; otherwise, the claim would not be processed. After filing my claim, I paid the $30 activation fee to reactivate my iPhone 14. She also told me that when my replacement iPhone 16 Pro arrived, I would not have to pay another activation fee because I had filed an insurance claim. Unfortunately, that information was incorrect, and I was charged a $22 activation fee. When I explained the situation to the young man, he listened carefully and understood my concern. He went out of his way to call customer service and have the fee waived. He didn’t have to do that. He could have simply collected the money and moved on, but instead he chose to help. It wasn’t about the money he saved me. It was about the fact that he genuinely cared. He demonstrated outstanding customer service, compassion, and integrity. That is why I am recommending this store. After I left, I realized I couldn’t get my earbuds to pair with my new phone. I went back to the store, and even though it wasn’t his responsibility, he took the time to help me get everything working correctly. That level of customer service is rare, and it’s exactly why I felt he deserved to be recognized. View on Google

Very expensive phones, taxes, activation cost and other fees added on top of advertised price. They will transfer all of your data for you, which is very nice. View on Google
