    I came here with a problem in my phone the guy over here (frost) identified it's a storage issue and helped me to get a new device with good specifications for a best price alongside with case and screen protector. He is polite, humble and respectful towards me, till the end he took care of me and I left super satisfied out of the store.     I had an amazing experience at this Metro by T-Mobile store! The customer service was honestly one of the best Iā€™ve had. Frost helped me out and made the whole experience smooth, friendly, and exciting. I bought an iPhone 16e and even received a surprising gift, which made me really happy and appreciated as a customer. The staff was professional, patient, and genuinely caring. Donā€™t believe all the bad comments and reviews this place is actually really good and deserves more positive recognition.
