You will need to purchase a gateway device for a one-time cost of $49.99. The gateway can be returned within 60 days if you are not happy your home internet plan. The gateway cannot be unlocked for use on other networks.

We went in on a Saturday and walked out with 4 new phones with two of those on new plans for our family. Usman, the gentlemen helping us, was quick to answer our questions and worked to get us the best deal possible. Usman is THE MAN!! The last set of people that worked here sold me a blank SIM card and told me I had to activate it online myself if I wanted to add another line to my current phone plan that I have with MetroPCS. I couldn't do that without having to buy ANOTHER SIM card, so obviously the last set of workers didn't want to help me which was ultimately disappointing for the company if they're trying to make money. Usman went above and beyond to help me add 2 more lines to my current phone plan so my partner and their little sister could each have service to be able to call places they need to call such as their jobs & doctor's offices!
