    Went in about 2 days ago to pay a phone bill and learned that my number had been taken away from me due to non payment. I was in complete distraught in actual tears since I've had this number for years; it was attached to everything for me, and had sentimental value since someone very close to me is unable to remember anything new (like a nunber) due to dementia. Rithu; the store manager, was such a life saver and the biggest sweet heart. She understood my situation and cared more about helping the customer than making a commission. Easily she could've kept it at I need to get a new number and deal with it. Instead she went above and beyond to ensure I was helped. She did everything she could and more making sure I not only managed to get my number back but even worked with my finical situation finding the best possible way for me to get everything secured for the lowest payment required. I left not only being able to recover my number; but she helped me with a long overdue upgrade for a newer phone (had mine for over 5 years); provided me a new case for it, she was so patient and understanding taking the time to transfer over 10,000 images/videos I had from my previous phone to the new one, and the new phone had even more storage than the previous one. She was so amazing; words could not describe how greatful I will always be to the kindness and generosity she extended to me. She is what made me have a great Metro experience 🥰🙏🏼🫶🏼 Give her a raise 💜 View on Google
