I had a great experience with Solomon. I was trying to complete a promotion and migrate my service, but the transaction wasn’t going through. Solomon took the time to carefully identify the issue and suggested that I try an alternative way to complete the process. Surprisingly, it worked! What really stood out was how patient, knowledgeable, and reassuring he was throughout the entire process.
