The representatives for this store are amazing. I called and double check if they could help me it was 45 minutes before they closed. Mr. Jose told me to go to the store and he could try to help me. I really didn't want to drive to Van Nuys like the other store at 47th representative told me. When I got there Ms. Ruth was very nice and professional. Tried to help me but like I had already tried too many times in the other store it block me. Mr. Jose knows the phones and system. He told me to come back in a few days and it would be unblock. He didn't act annoy like in the other store or that he knows the basic. I was so great full to at least in this store they have great customer service. Ms. Ruth offer me other ways I could get a phone also. She checked that I am good for an upgrade . In the other store the lady didn't even want to check. I had gone to 3 other Metro stores and received absolutely no hep at all from the girls working their about my phone acting up and over heating and shutting down and the ridiculous cost of my monthly bill, in fact the girls were very rude. so I came to this store with intention of just canceling my 4 lines and being done with metro. But i met a worker at this store named Jose and he was a SUPER ROCK STAR! not only did he apologized for how I was treated at other stores but he take time to listen to my problem and actually asked questions to help solve issues I have and he took the time to call customer service for me lowered my bill and got me acp discount, he even recommended other new Upgrade phones he thought would better work for me and spent the time showing me phone after phone how they work and all cool features. I got a new phone with all the case, scene protractor and swag included, plus a tablet, a cheaper monthly bill and new knowledge on the cool features of my metro account. I also got the absolutely most good customer service from this young men. And the whole time he did this and helped me he still help an entire line of Other customers too to pay bills, answer their questions and even answer customer phone calls! He ran the whole store alone!!! Extremely respectful young men, friendly and had answers to all questions, I find my new forever favorite mero store!!! thank you 100 times again ! View on Google
