    To whom it may concern, Please disregard my so so English but English is not my native language, thanks. Last Saturday March 14, 2026, i lost my cell phone, from there it was one bad experience to another, two different Metro store lied and gave me the run around. So i ended up in Panorama mall at the Metro PCS store and i had beautiful Sandra service me and boy! i never thought to get normal service would be such a big deal but it was for me. Other stores lie and just con you for no good reason but Sandra was polite, proffesional, honest and willing to do her job and she assisted me on the steps to get my phone suspended. Just want to thank her and give high praise to the people that hired her, well done!!! she is a gem and i hope she goes into higher position in the store because she has all the quality of a great leader. Sandra DO NOT CHANGE stay as you are beautiful, kind, well manner and always doing your work the propre way and not backing away from doing your work, you will go far in life, if that is what you wish for.
