    I have been a loyal customer of Metro PCS for more than a decade, now known as Metro by T-Mobile due to the merger. The convenience of this location, just around the corner from my home, has always been a bonus. The service provided by the staff members has consistently been top-notch, with their knowledge and readiness to offer helpful suggestions when it comes to upgrading my phone. The cost of their plan for four lines, just a little over $100 for unlimited service, fits perfectly within my family budget. Over the years, I have noticed a significant improvement in their customer service, both online and over the phone, which has been a determining factor in my decision to stay with them rather than switch to another carrier. Recently, I discovered that changing my phone number is free once a year, which was a relief as I was tired of receiving spam calls. I must commend the employee at the store who guided me through the process of changing my number, making it as simple as dialing 611 and following the prompts. It was a seamless experience.
