Unlimited on device and network only. If you use a lot of data, more than 35GB/mo., you may experience slower speeds when our network is busy. What do I pay?

Do I need to buy any equipment?
You will need to purchase a gateway device for a one-time cost of $49.99. The gateway can be returned within 60 days if you are not happy your home internet plan. The gateway cannot be unlocked for use on other networks.

5G Home Internet is delivered via 5G cellular network and speeds vary due to factors affecting cellular networks. When the network is really busy Home Internet users may experience slower speeds than other customers due to prioritization. I went to the Grant Ave Metro store today to try to fix my phone or bite the bullet and get a new one. Brenda was extremely helpful as she attempted to fix my phone and tried multiple ways to get my service right. I bought a new phone and Brenda was very efficient as other customers came and went.
