5 stars for the employees. Not so much the service. Little laggy but, what are you gonna do. Shaun (sorry if I misspelled) was nothing but above and beyond helpful while helping tend to a couple other customers. I left happy. I did come back for some new phone help and josh? (Im so so sorry if I got your name completely wrong) helped me that time. He was also fantastic. In and out all things considered. View on Google

Shaun T was every helpful he explained everything thing to me so i could understand what was going on with the upgrade and migrating to T mobile. He helped save a bunch of extra money he was an amazing helper to me and explained everything in detail so you can understand what's going on. Shaun T is absolutely wonderful he is so helpful and will work with you. I’m an aide and he is great with explaining things to disabled individuals and 100 percent will advocate for them if need be. Shaun makes sure you are taken care of and everything that needs to be accomplished is done while you are in the store. He values his job and values the customer even more.
