    I came to this store today to pay my bill and ask a bunch of questions, and had a great experience. The young man who helped me was very knowledgeable and informative but without trying to sell me anything I didn't want. I told him I was looking for the iPhone 16 and he told me he had the 16E but then when he told me about the camera specs I was like oh no, I mainly want it for the camera. So then he directed me to a different store where he thought I would probably be able to find the 16 pro. I asked him some questions about bringing an unlocked phone or switching service to a new phone mid month. He informed me I could do this for $25 in store or for free online. I really appreciated all the tips and advice without him trying to push one of those free tablets on me (an experience I've had at other stores). I came back a few minutes later to pay my phone bill. Would definitely stop by this location again if I'm in the area. View on Google

    Was super upset due to e sim card and 611 help not working lexii helped me and fixed my problem and was so helpful friendly and she deserves to be recognized for her amazing customer service View on Google

    Their service is good and their data plans stay the same price no matter how much you use it.. The downside is sometimes if you have a question and use live chat on their app they don't say the same thing as in person..Otherwise I'd recommend them. View on Google
