    My biggest regret is that it took me so long to switch. The Rep. was extremely knowledgeable & pleasant. When I got there, he was in the middle of helping a group of abt 6 guys & never appeared overwhelmed. When he assisted me for new service, he answered my questions without hesitation. Approx 15 mins later I was done. I immediately called my friends, all soon to be retired & looking for a lower price service provider. I highly recommend Metro Mobile. What a pleasant surprise to actually get customer service. And so far I haven't had a problem. *Note: 1 mo prior tried to switch to "Consumer Celluar" & never completed the process because the rep dispite my concerns tried to make the switch before my # was transported. I was without a phone for 2 days. The worse experience ever. Thanks Metro ✌🏽🌼 View on Google
