I came in tonight stressed beyond belief needing either a new phone or my number switched to my old one. Akhil, the store manager was the one helping me tonight. I had the tiniest budget to work with and akhil worked miracles for me. He helped me get a brand new phone for a steal. I really asked him multiple times what the catch was. He was a rockstar. My new phone wasn't going to be here for a few days, so he was going to help me switch my number to an old phone. Than bam, issues. I was feeling defeated and genuinely about to cry because I use my phone for work, gps, everything and anything and man I hate how dependent I am with it but that is how the world works. Akhil went above and beyond and helped me walk out today with a new phone. He has amazing customer service skills and this is literally the only metro store I will go too because of him.
