I lost my phone and went there to get a new the staff was very friendly and very welcoming. I explained my situation so they showed me the options and help me in getting a new phone they also helped me to get back all my information from my lost phone which I felt very grateful because i ha all my memories with my kids and with my parents in my lost phone. I thought i lost all of them but they brought them back. The employees over there on with very long hair and obe with short hair they helped me and made sure everything was good. They also gave me a speaker, charger and earphones. I did not pay anything extra. They said they all included. I felt great for what i have paid and for what i have got. I definitely recommend metro and specifically this store. View on Google
