Came in for some help with my phone that I couldn't figure out what the solution was for a fix. Jose was fantastic 👏 he greeted me with kindness and asked how he could assist today? I explained my problem, took a seat and not too long thereafter he had it fixed!! Then I had one more issue that was difficult to describe and once I began the steps on my device to show him what was not happening, he IMMEDIATELY knew what the problem was AND the solution. I live in West Sacramento and come to the location on purpose. No matter who's here I always feel like the employee's here should be wearing red capes!!! Jose is my hero today!!!
