    I want to give a huge shoutout to Jay at MetroPCS for his outstanding customer service. I came in on Thursday, February 19th, right at the end of store hours to switch my phone, and even though it was late, Jay never made me feel rushed. He was patient, professional, and incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. He took the time to make sure everything was set up correctly and answered all my questions with a great attitude.
