What do I pay?

Do I need to buy any equipment?
You will need to purchase a gateway device for a one-time cost of $49.99. The gateway can be returned within 60 days if you are not happy your home internet plan. The gateway cannot be unlocked for use on other networks.

5G Home Internet is delivered via 5G cellular network and speeds vary due to factors affecting cellular networks. Made a visit here after I was informed by my current carrier I would have to port my number to another company. Regardless of the lack of my current company, I did arrive to Metro PCS to find the extremely efficient and well demeanored KAT!! This amazing employee took her time to guide me, be patient and had me ask all the right questions so I could get my number ported over to Metro. After the extremely long calls with my carrier I finally was able to obtain a knowledgeable employee who corrected and clarified everything to me. Again this was almost a 2 hour process and I definitely pay all my respects and compliments to an extraordinary employee. Kat went beyong her duties and was dedicated enough to give her service with a great attitude, even though my issue was resolved GREAT JOB KAT , KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK!!
