I am an existing customer, but dropped my phone after only 5 months and my screen cracked and then black spots appeared. I didn't qualify for any deals. The lady at this store was very helpful and tried to get me a deal anyway she could but nothing worked. So she suggested i call metro directly. So i called and told them what was the situation. Then the guy at metro said this is what we can do, wait till 3 days before your next payment, then call us back. My payment was due in 6 days from then. So three days later i called metro. They then told me to add another line and i would receive a free Galaxy a15 and it would only be $25 for that line, with no activation fee so i did that, but this was the best part. I only kept the extra line for 3 days because on my payment due date which was 3 days later, i cancelled my extra line and switched my number to the free phone i received from adding the extra line. Then they credited me the $25 for my first payment on the extra line and i paid the balanced of my regular payment for $60 a month. Yes it sounds like a lot of things to do, but it wasn't. Metro was the one who came up with the plan and for that i saved the $269 that the new Galaxy a15 would of cost me. Now i have a brand new Galaxy A15 5G phone hold the black dots great service because my Galaxy AOS3 only had 4G service. What a country. I had been with Metro for almost 10 yrs and they have always taken care of any problems that have risen, which are very few. Just be nice when you call and remember it is not the persons fault you end up speaking with and see how much better your results will be. Thank you Metro. View on Google
