Unlimited on device and network only. If you use a lot of data, more than 35GB/mo., you may experience slower speeds when our network is busy. What do I pay?

Do I need to buy any equipment?
You will need to purchase a gateway device for a one-time cost of $49.99. The gateway can be returned within 60 days if you are not happy your home internet plan. The gateway cannot be unlocked for use on other networks.

5G Home Internet is delivered via 5G cellular network and speeds vary due to factors affecting cellular networks. When the network is really busy Home Internet users may experience slower speeds than other customers due to prioritization. My son and I decided to make our phone payment in the store and look at the phones. To our surprise the young lady Dolores was so helpful, she was patient, she helped us and 4 other sets of customers while we were there. She was kind to my 9yrold making small talk. She had superb customer service. She handled the flow of people gracefully, and for that I see she is an asset to the company. It's great service like that which I feel deserves the time for a review. I love to leave a review for any deserving person in the customer service world as it is so hard to find these days. I normally pay online because I'm always on the go and never have time to stop in the store but I am glad it was that location, which we were blessed to have Dolores assist us. She was knowledgeable, and I never felt rushed. She gave every customer the same respect and so many individuals are quick to anger or get irritated, and not have time to help.
