I had a good experience switching providers from Verizon to Metro by T-Mobile. I visited twice: the first time to figure out the right plan and what info I needed to have ready, and the second time to switch providers. Steven helped me both times and was helpful and friendly. He was also patient and understanding when I wanted to test the service by calling the store to make sure everything worked before I left. Everything worked and the process was easy.
