100/10 — Absolutely Amazing Service! Austin at Metro by T-Mobile in downtown deserves way more than 5 stars! From the moment I walked in, Austin was incredibly friendly, professional, patient, and genuinely helpful. He took the time to understand exactly what I needed, exained everything clearly, and made the entire experience quick and stress-free. It’s rare to come across someone who provides this level of customer service. Austin went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of, and I truly appreciated his positive attitude and attention to detail. If you’re looking for great service at Metro by T-Mobile, ask for Austin. He’s a true asset to the store and absolutely deserves recognition for the amazing job he does. After fighting with T-Mobile about whether or not my address is able to utilize their 5G WiFi, I was able to obtain the 5G internet Gateway. It works beautifully, despite the fact that T-Mobile said it wouldn't. Don't always believe what they initially tell you. View on Google
