I had an outstanding experience at Metro by T-Mobile thanks to Armanel. He was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to thoroughly explain every detail of my plan and answer all of my questions. What really stood out to me was his attention to customer service. Not only did he email my receipts, but he also took the extra step of printing a copy for me and placing it neatly in my Metro by T-Mobile bag. He even printed out a detailed breakdown of my bill and took the time to explain everything clearly. That level of service is becoming rare these days, and I truly appreciated the effort he put into making sure I had all the information I needed.
