You will need to purchase a gateway device for a one-time cost of $49.99. The gateway can be returned within 60 days if you are not happy your home internet plan. The gateway cannot be unlocked for use on other networks.

5G Home Internet is delivered via 5G cellular network and speeds vary due to factors affecting cellular networks. I want to start off by saying I want to give a huge shout out to the woman who helped me she was an absolute saint. I was crying because I was trying to get my transfer pin because I was trying to transfer my service from Metro to T-Mobile I’ve been a metro customer since I was the age 14 and out of all the times I have been to metro I have never had customer service this spectacular in my life. Honestly, she deserves a raise for her exceptional patients and care that she took with me absolutely exceptional.
