I had this technical problem with my phone and couldn't make calls out. I visited this Tmobile store on B st. in San Mateo CA and was treated exceptionally. A service tech by the name of Luis, treated me as if I was shopping at Bloomingdale. He greeted me politely and ask what was my problem and solved my issue. I have been coming to this store for about 5years now, I was very unsatisfied with the earlier management they would just sit around and laugh amongst themselves never letting the customers know about promotions. These young guys are pretty tech savvy and always helped me out with any issue plus have deals where I have saved money. Sad to see the reviews of others who felt less, I haven't faced it so untill now great customer service. View on Google
