    I want to give a huge thank-you to Tim at MetroPCS for providing absolutely outstanding service. From the moment I walked in, he was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely dedicated to helping me. I came in with several issues on my phone that had been frustrating me for days, and Tim took the time to walk through each one step by step until everything was fully resolved. His professionalism and positive attitude made the entire experience stress-free. It’s rare to find someone who not only knows what they’re doing but also truly cares about making sure customers leave satisfied. I’m incredibly grateful for his help—my phone is working perfectly now thanks to him. Tim is a great example of what excellent customer service should look like, and MetroPCS is lucky to have him.     I wanted to leave a review specifically for Fabian an associate at this location that took great care of me and my husband while we were looking for a new phone on Thursday September 25th.     Elaine, the manager of the store in Reinhardt is the best as always she is so sweet so kind so professional. This is the only Metro store that I found where I feel like just a genuine customer and I don’t have to worry about anything cause I know I’m in good hands and the rest of the team that she has working for her grade as well I don’t wanna You know and exclude them but they do a great job as well but Eileen has a great work ethic and she should never be let go of this company.!!!!!!! Will always do my business here and nowhere else. I don’t care if she’s sick and I have to wait a week lol I don’t want her to get sick just trying to make a joke. I love this place.     The best experience I have on Metro that I never Receive Eileen(Manager of the Store Rinehart wowww She was amazing she working by her Self and see how her working with the best quality and the best costumer service for everybody come in to the store and also keep help me fixing my all inconvenience please more people like her She amazing I see more than 6 people and se how she working I feel so proud of her Eileen God Blessed you and keep working like that. Just for her I like to keep my Metro account she don't push me to buy anything that I no need just sell that phone and accessories that I need and when I see the monitoring everything was perfect and clear I like people HONEST like her.
