    Andrea you are the best, most patient customer service representative!!!! Despite very nasty customers in line behind me, you greeted everyone with a smile and a morning hello. While never losing focus on the difficult tasks I brought in. Even when your computer crashed 3 times, you didn't stress out. As someone who works intimately with the public, I was very impressed with you. Most people your age don't have the skills or knowledge to keep their cool and still maintain complete professionalism.
