I went into this metro store today after not going into a metro for about 3 years. My phone completely died turned off and would not come back on. I was helped by a very friendly lady named CH and she actually convinced me of switching over to T-Mobile But upon the phone conversation that I had with the phone representative after my payment was processed and nothing was told to me she asked me to hand the phone back to her teammate at that time, she told Ms. Ch that something happened and I would have to go to the T-Mobile store to complete my transaction. At that point I asked Ms. CH to call that representative back because I wanted to know Why? During that phone conversation, the representative on the phone in a very nasty tone told me that my payment was canceled. It had to be something wrong with my card, and that I had to go to the T-Mobile store. At that point I asked the phone representative If the lovely lady that had helped me get to the point where I wanted to switch to T-Mobile would get the commission if I went to another store, the phone representative told me no, she would not... At that point I terminated the conversation and proceeded to continue on with my Metro service so that Ms. CH was able to get Whatever was coming to her for being such a lovely customer service representative. I have been with Metro for the better part of 15 years and what I can say about Metro is they do not play around with the undercutting of things, my bill has consistently stayed the same, Once I buy my phone, my phone will last for 3 to 4 years. And I think that's just disgusting, despicable and dishonest to try to steal somebody's hard work and send it to another store without even giving that representative a portion of what they truly deserve to get all of! Shame on T-Mobile and I will never switch! Keep you the OUTSTANDING WORK Ms. CH!! All the employees in the store we're very helpful, professional, And approachable, if I could give them ALL a raise, I would! View on Google
